




OVER 100 YEARS OF TRADITION
My great great grandparents Howard and Odell Denham started serving hot pulled pork sandwiches to hungry construction workers in the West End of Atlanta shortly after the great depression. Those techniques and recipes were passed down through generations.
Decades later, my father started a BBQ restaurant in Cleveland, Georgia. Working with my dad I learned how to use indirect wood and charcoal smoke to cook low and slow as well as secret family recipes for sides, sauces, and stews. Our brunswick stew is consistently hailed as the most unique and satisfying brunswick stew of all time.
